The Y Blend is s a well balanced mix of Aceh Gayo, semi washed and East Java, fully washed processed beans, giving it a smooth and low acidity flavour with a medium body profile. This coffee has a general sweet finish reminiscent of caramel, sugarcane and hazelnuts. And it was designed for both black and milk based coffees, offering a sweet balanced cup with hints of cocoa, dark chocolate and butterscotch.
